iw8 services are strictly available to individuals aged 21 years and above. Providing false age information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination.
Each individual may hold only one iw8 account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will be merged or closed, with any associated balances subject to review and potential forfeiture.
Exploitation of technical errors, use of automated software, collusion, and any form of bonus abuse are strictly prohibited at iw8. Breaches may result in account suspension and forfeiture of winnings.
All promotions offered by iw8 are subject to specific wagering requirements, validity periods, and game restrictions. Bonus terms are published with each promotion and form part of these Terms.
iw8 is required to verify player identity before processing withdrawals. KYC documentation — including a valid MyKad or passport — must be submitted and approved. Withdrawal requests are then processed to the originating payment method.
iw8 is operated by an internationally licensed gaming operator. These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator's licensing jurisdiction. Malaysian players are responsible for confirming local legal compliance before participating.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and iw8 ("iw8", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the iw8 website at iw8.club, including all associated gaming, betting, promotional, and support services. By registering an account or accessing any part of the iw8 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

2.2 iw8 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be operated by individuals under the age of 21 will be closed immediately, all Funds forfeited, and the matter reported to relevant authorities where required.
2.3 Players are solely responsible for determining whether their participation on the iw8 Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. iw8 makes no representations regarding the legality of access from any specific territory, including Malaysia. The platform does not hold any Malaysian gaming authority licence and does not represent local regulatory approval.
3.1 To access iw8 services, you must register a Player Account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes.
3.2 Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account on the iw8 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. iw8 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to keep your login details secure.
3.4 Accounts are personal to the registered holder and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any third party.
3.5 iw8 reserves the right to decline a registration application or close an existing Account at its sole discretion, including where there is reason to believe that the applicant does not satisfy the eligibility criteria set out in Clause 2.
4.1 iw8 accepts deposits via the payment methods listed on the Platform from time to time, which currently include Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, and USDT. Available methods may change without prior notice.
4.2 All deposits are processed in real time where technically possible. iw8 accepts no responsibility for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
4.3 Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. Players who have not submitted and received approval of required identity documents will not be able to process a withdrawal. iw8 reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any stage of the Account lifecycle.
4.4 Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the originating deposit, where technically feasible. iw8 may require alternative verification if a withdrawal to the original method is not possible.
4.5 iw8 reserves the right to impose minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits, which are published in the cashier section of the Platform.
4.6 iw8 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of fraud, money laundering, or integrity checks. Players under investigation will be notified of any hold applied to their Account.
5.1 All bets placed on the iw8 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, game, or event. These rules are published in the relevant game or betting section and form part of these Terms.
5.2 Once a bet or wager has been confirmed, it is final and binding. iw8 will not accept cancellations after confirmation except where expressly permitted under the applicable game rules.
5.3 In the event of a technical malfunction that causes the outcome of a game to be rendered uncertain or void, iw8 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the Player's Account. iw8 will not be liable for any alleged losses arising from such technical events beyond the return of the original stake.
5.4 Live casino games at iw8 are operated by licensed third-party providers. The dealing procedures, game rules, and payout structures applicable to live tables are governed by the relevant provider's certified procedures, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
6.1 iw8 may offer promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback arrangements, or other incentive programmes from time to time. All such promotions are subject to individual promotional terms and conditions published at the time of the offer.
6.2 Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement, eligible games, and validity period are set out in the relevant promotional terms.
6.3 iw8 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any rights already earned by Players at the time of cancellation will be honoured.
6.4 Abuse of the iw8 promotional system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using automated software to fulfil wagering requirements, or engaging in low-risk betting patterns designed to extract bonus value — will result in immediate forfeiture of all associated Bonus Funds and Winnings, and may result in permanent Account closure.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the iw8 Platform:
iw8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account found to have engaged in prohibited conduct, and to report such conduct to relevant legal authorities and regulatory bodies where required.
8.1 iw8 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its duty of care to players seriously. The Platform provides tools including deposit limits, loss limits, bet size caps, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion.
8.2 Players who wish to access responsible gaming tools may do so via the Account Settings panel after login, or by visiting the Responsible Gaming page on this website.
8.3 A request for self-exclusion will be actioned within 24 hours of receipt. During a self-exclusion period, the Player's Account will be suspended and iw8 will use reasonable efforts to prevent the Player from opening a new Account on the Platform.
8.4 Players under the age of 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or using the iw8 Platform. Any minor who gains access to an Account does so in breach of these Terms and the registered Account holder assumes full responsibility for such access.
9.1 All content on the iw8 Platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game designs, interface elements, and data compilations — is the proprietary property of iw8 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. No other rights are granted. Reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of any Platform content without prior written consent of iw8 is strictly prohibited.
10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, iw8 shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with the use of the Platform, including loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
10.2 iw8's total liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve months preceding the relevant claim.
10.3 iw8 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, and third-party service disruptions may affect Platform availability from time to time.
iw8 processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
12.1 iw8 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, money laundering, regulatory requirement, or operational necessity.
12.2 Upon termination, any verified real-money balance remaining in the Account (net of Bonus Funds and Funds under investigation) will be returned to the Player via the original payment method, subject to completion of KYC and any applicable withdrawal process.
12.3 Players may request Account closure at any time by contacting iw8 support. A request for permanent self-exclusion constitutes a request for Account closure and will be processed accordingly.
13.1 iw8 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account, with reasonable notice where practicable.
13.2 Continued use of the Platform following notification of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact iw8 to close your Account.
14.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which iw8 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through iw8's internal complaint procedure shall be referred to the competent courts or regulatory body of that jurisdiction.
14.2 Players who wish to submit a formal complaint should contact iw8 customer support via live chat or email at [email protected]. iw8 aims to acknowledge all complaints within 48 hours and to resolve the majority of disputes within 14 business days.
14.3 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude any statutory rights to which a Player may be entitled under the laws of their jurisdiction of residence, to the extent that those rights cannot be excluded by contract.
